I have an innate ability to get to the truth of the matter; the love is in my hands. Allow me to assist you to reconnect with your truth and to stand in your power. Always remember that one’s health is ever present, no matter how obscured it may seem; much like the Sun is always there, even on a gray, cloudy or rainy day.
The Redwood tree photo above was taken near Ben Lomond, CA. I love trees, especially redwoods. In craniosacral therapy, trees can be seen as a mirror of our midline, an energy line that runs through the body near the spine, up through the head and down through the feet. Trees reach for the sky above and the ground below; they are tall, straight, strong, and deeply rooted. We all have a midline and in SAEM, we call this the Core.

I have been working in the field of healing and energy medicine since the early 2000’s. I am certified in Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy (BCST) and Sacred Anatomy Energy Medicine (SAEM), and I hold a Master of Arts degree in Mindfulness Based Psychotherapy. Along the way, I have also studied:

My Superpowers include, but are not limited to:
- A high level of awareness and intuition
- Dowsing as a tool of divination
- Clairsentience – I sense and feel energy patterns in the physical body and in the energy field.
- Claircognizance – I have a sense of knowing as I receive information from my higher self or spirit guides, and I have a knowing of where the physical and the energy body need attention.
- Clairaudience – I can listen to a voice other than my own when the spirit world transmits messages. Sometimes this comes in the form of sounds, songs, particular words, names or phrases, and direction on what a client may need.
- Clairvoyance – I see in my mind’s eye, pictures of how different energies look and feel, images of the physical and subtle anatomy, and images of my guides in communication with me.
I offer these unique and essential gifts to you in service of and in benefit to your process and highest health. Each soul has its own specific needs. I love how I’m able to determine what each one needs in treating a wide range of issues with a deep level of compassion. I enjoy seeing the transformation that my clients experience, because of our work together.
Through the years, I have shed many layers of the false self, unwinding wounding from conception onward, coming into a more true, expansive expression of myself in relationship to the Large Self. A connection with angels, guides, and an Ideal Inner Mother and Father continue to be great resources for me.
My ongoing professional enrichment includes assisting the foundation level of BCST trainings, facilitating an online craniosacral community group, and attending advanced SAEM courses. Activities that are fun and bring me great joy are swing dancing to big band era music, gardening, spending time at the ocean, processing dreams, and loving my husband and cat.
Experience tells me that we are never done learning about ourselves, but we do get to a place where the lessons flow more easily and lead to better understanding and greater awareness. The good news about that is…, awareness is curative!
